In-Store Changes:

We are thrilled to be open 8:30-5:30 Monday through Saturday. We are committed to providing the safest shopping experience for our customers and staff and have implemented procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible. We are not requiring masks in our store but still highly encourage you to wear them, Staff will be able to provide masks to individuals that need one. We have also implemented social distancing procedures and plexiglass shields at registers, frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, limited in-store capacity, curbside pick up, and contact-reduced deliveries. If you would like to place an order for pick up we encourage you to give us a call so we may have it ready to reduce your time spent in the store.

 

Contact Reduced Deliveries:

We are committed to providing the safest and most efficient delivery service for our customers. We are implementing procedures to reduce contact during our delivery process; however, the unpredictable Michigan weather does not always allow us to leave arrangements outside for more than a few moments. We may have to call your recipient and wait until we ensure someone is there to accept the delivery.  If we feel that the flowers will be okay outside we will leave the order outside the door or somewhere safe. If no one is home to accept the arrangement we will leave a tag on the recipient's door to let them know the delivery was attempted and how they can reschedule. Either way, the driver will phone the recipient to inform them of the situation (this is why it is important to provide a recipient's phone number). 

 

Flower Availability:

Due to Covid-19 flower and vase availability is limited and changes frequently. We try our best to create an arrangement that resembles the picture as closely as possible. However, we use only the freshest flowers available so exact varieties/colors may vary. We always keep the same look/feel of the arrangement selected.

 

Hospital Deliveries:

Due to Covid-19 hospital policies regarding floral deliveries are changing on a daily basis. We will do everything in our power to deliver your arrangement however if the hospital is no longer accepting deliveries, we will call you as soon as possible. For safety reasons, we can no longer deliver directly into patient rooms but will deliver all orders to the front desk. 

 

 Please note that all local hospitals prohibit deliveries to Covid-19 patients and patients in the ICU.

 

Event Rescheduling or Cancellation:

If you need to reschedule or cancel an event that you have ordered flowers for due to the coronavirus please give us a call as soon as possible.
